This workshop takes a different approach.
Through movement, breath, play, and simple mindfulness practices, families will learn practical, body-based tools that help children and adults work with their energy rather than against it. Together we'll explore fun and engaging activities that support focus, emotional regulation, body awareness, confidence, and connection.
This is not about perfect behaviour, sitting quietly, or getting it right. It's about creating opportunities for children and their grown-ups to move, connect, learn, and regulate together in a supportive and playful environment.
You'll leave with a collection of simple practices that can be used at home whenever energy is high, emotions are running strong, or your family simply needs a moment to reconnect.
